Allow purchasing of the Bundle addon even when one addon has already been purchased

It might be useful for some people to be able to purchase the bundle addon even if they have one addon already. Think of it as a "trial" in a sense.

Personally, I only have the calendar addon. To buy the remaining addons individually would be £5.22 but if I remember right the bundle is £4.99. That might dissuade some people from buying.
